Our next NEW event will be held at Canoe, an amazing woman-owned shop in the Butchertown Market where you will find a collection of tribal and nomadic rugs, antiques, ceramics and scarves from Central Asia. The rugs are remarkable for their incredible use of color and the infinite variety of patterns, particularly because the women who made them had no access to books, museums--the inspiration for these works of art came from within.
Our topic of the evening is exporting. With the President's National Export Initiative in place, there is a wealth of support to encourage business to export their products. Our presenters will introduce you to the options and support available to those who currently export or want to begin exporting. It is easier than you think!
NEW is a group for women entrepreneurs and women interested in starting a business. Our mission is to support the entrepreneurial success of women through education, mentors, support, networking, and relationship building.
Our founding members include experts in insurance, marketing, funding, manufacturing, consulting, intellectual property, business education, and accounting. We are here to help you learn and grow so feel free to come to any event and get your questions answered.
NEW is asking for an optional $5.00 cash donation from guests attending this event to help us cover the cost of future events.
